Internal auditor
Training as an internal auditor allows you to know how to organize, plan and carry out internal audits to promote continuous improvement within the company and possibly meet corporate regulatory needs such as ISO 9001: 2015.
Lasting 24 hours over a period of at least one month, the course includes a theoretical basis linked to the ISO 19011 standard and a practical part to allow the participant to apply the concepts learned in their own reality . During the course various exercises and exercises are carried out to verify the student's degree of learning.
A certificate of participation is issued at the end of the course (a minimum attendance of 80% is required).
Introduction to the Quality Management System
The training introduces the participant to the components of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. At the end of the training the participant will be able to build or further develop a Quality Management System according to company needs.
Lasting 4 hours, the course includes a theoretical basis connected to the ISO 19011 standard and a practical part that allows the participant to apply the concepts learned in their own reality.
A certificate of participation is issued at the end of the course (a minimum attendance of 80% is required).

However, in order to monitor the progress and the achievement of each set goal within the established time frame, it is essential that each of them is formulated in a clear, complete and measurable way with precise indicators.
The SMART method, an acronym that means “Specific, Measurable, Accessible, Realistic and Timed” is an important aid in the definition of objectives as well as in the creation of success indicators. To know how to use this tool we offer a 3-hour training in the introduction of SMART objectives, which allows you to know the criteria of a SMART objective and to know how to apply them to your own objectives.
