Emmanuelle Bortolin, founder of TiQual, has been involved in quality management for over ten years. Expert in quality management in the socio-health sector, she has a long professional experience in the hospital and health sectors where she also worked as a nurse and midwife. In 2014 she obtained a Master in Public Health and afterwards she always paid particular attention to his continuous training in the field of quality.

Alliance-care Cantonal head since January 2026. Emmanuelle is also a teacher at SUPSI in the field of continuing health education. Thanks to her experience as an auditor for the eduQua, Directive 3 and ISO 9001 standards at the SUPSI Quality Service and as a quality trainer for adults, Emmanuelle can offer targeted consultancy and training adapted to all your needs in the management of quality of your organization.
